SOMMERFEST 2019:  Here at St. John's, we will have additional special music during our summer services. Check our bulletin boards for the schedule-dates through September 1st.

St. John's will be a drop off point for Plant a Row Lehigh Valley again this summer. Drop off any extra produce every Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church. A cooler will be placed outside the church office from 9AM to 6PM every Monday until the end of the growing season. Plant a Row volunteers will transport your donations to the St. Paul UCC Food Pantry in Trexlertown for dispersal on Tuesday morning. For more information, Contact Beth Furman at: eaa121@gmail.com.

Community Free Dinner - Friday, August 16th from 5-7 PM, in the Fellowship Hall here at St. John’s Church. Everyone is welcome…invite your neighbors, friends and families. Come enjoy burgers, hot dogs, drinks and more. This is a great time for fellowship.  We hope to see you there!

Worship Time Change – service returns to 10:30 AM on September 1st 

Outdoor Worship Service/Church Picnic – On Sunday, September 8th, we will have an outdoor worship service at the Breinigsville Park at 10:30 AM, followed by our annual picnic. This event will again be held together with the congregation of St. John’s UCC. Bring your lawn chairs and a salad/dessert to share, if you are able (please sign-up in the narthex). Come and enjoy worshiping outside in God’s creation, followed by good food, fellowship and fun. Please see our coordinator, Curtis White, with any questions.

Our kick-off to the new Sunday School year begins with Rally Day on September 15th. Meet us at 9:00 AM - Parents, please register your children for the new Sunday School CLICK HERE. We will have classes for toddlers through adult. We hope to see you there!  

Basket Social – preview night on September 27th (6-8 PM), event on September 28th (10 AM to 2 PM). A sign-up sheet can be found in our narthex; any donations for baskets or basket items are greatly appreciated. Monetary donations are welcome to help purchase basket items, bags, wrap, tickets, etc. See Jeanette Holtzhafer or Jane Newhard with any questions. Thank you!
